Commander Matt Noland is a career Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy. He is a distinguished graduate of the United States Naval War College and the Maritime Advanced Warfighting School in Newport, Rhode Island. He is currently a Warfare Tactics Instructor for Anti-Submarine and Anti-Surface Warfare at the Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center in San Diego, California.
