Ilya Shapiro is the director of constitutional studies at the Manhattan Institute and author of Supreme Disorder: Judicial Nominations and the Politics of America’s Highest Court (Regnery Gateway). He was a 2015 Lincoln Fellow of the Claremont Institute.
