George Gilder is a venture capitalist and cofounder of the Discovery Institute, editor-in-chief of the Gilder Technology Report, and author, most recently, of Life after Capitalism: The Meaning of Wealth, the Future of the Economy, and the Time Theory of Money (Regnery Publishing).
